My path to business intelligence started with a BA in Sociology, understanding people and systems before diving into analytics. That curiosity carried me through an MBA focused on business strategy and operations. This experience gave me a perspective that still shapes how I approach analytics today. I believe successful analytics initiatives require more than technical solutions. They require adoption, governance, and alignment with how people make decisions.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across consulting, enterprise analytics, and entrepreneurial environments, helping teams build analytics solutions that are usable, governed, and built to last.
I take a framework-led approach to analytics. Rather than starting with tools or dashboards, I focus on decision context, data readiness, and long-term adoption.
In practice, this means designing analytics systems that:
Reduce manual reporting and rework
Enable self-service without sacrificing governance
Support both analysts and decision-makers
Scale as organizations grow or change
My consulting work focuses on helping organizations modernize analytics practices, enable adoption, and build sustainable systems.

My career sits at the intersection of analytics strategy, enablement, and execution.
Through my work at The Information Lab US and previous leadership roles, I have supported organizations in building analytics capabilities that extend beyond individual dashboards or reports. My focus is helping teams establish governance, improve data accessibility, and create scalable frameworks that support decision-making across the organization.
I believe successful analytics initiatives are measured not only by technical delivery, but by adoption, sustainability, and their ability to improve business outcomes long after implementation. where I work with clients across industries to design scalable analytics frameworks, enable self-service reporting, and support analytics teams through growth and transition.
My goal is not simply to deliver analytics solutions, but to help organizations build the structures, processes, and capabilities needed to make better decisions with data.
