Hi, I am Michael Bellamy

I help organizations design scalable analytics frameworks, build self-service BI systems, and move from ad-hoc reporting to data-informed decision-making.

My work sits at the intersection of analytics strategy, enablement, and execution across consulting, entrepreneurship, and enterprise analytics.

My path into analytics began with a curiosity about how people, systems, and decisions connect. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and later an MBA, grounding my technical work in business strategy and organizational context.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across consulting, enterprise analytics, and entrepreneurial environments, helping teams design analytics systems that are usable, governed, and built to last.

How I Work

I take a framework-led approach to analytics. Rather than starting with tools or dashboards, I focus on decision context, data readiness, and long-term adoption.

In practice, this means designing analytics systems that:

Enable self-service without sacrificing governance
