Hi, I am Michael Bellamy

I help organizations build scalable analytics solutions, that drive self-service adoption, and beter business decisions.

My work sits at the intersection of analytics strategy, enablement, and execution, helping organizations replace ad-hoc reporting with governed, scalable solutions that teams can trust and sustain.

My path to business intelligence started with a BA in Sociology, understanding people and systems before diving into analytics. That curiosity carried me through an MBA focused on business strategy and operations, and eventually to where data meets decisions.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across consulting, enterprise analytics, and entrepreneurial environments, helping teams build analytics solutions that are usable, governed, and built to last.

How I Work

I take a framework-led approach to analytics. Rather than starting with tools or dashboards, I focus on decision context, data readiness, and long-term adoption.

In practice, this means designing analytics systems that:
